Jacob Engel is the founder and CEO of The Prosperous Leader, a leadership training and consulting firm based in New York. He is also the author of The Prosperous Leader: How Smart People Achieve Success. Jacob’s leadership coaching philosophy is centered around the people that make up a company, and he encourages his clients to connect with and empower their employees.
